Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

Deacon Pyle

This is a ministry for the following situations:

  • For those who have no denomination, and have an interest in becoming Catholic.

  • For those who are baptized in another denomination, and have an interest in becoming Catholic.

  • For those who are Catholic and have not received Holy Communion and/or Confirmation.

  • It can be a refresher course for those Catholics who wish to know more about their faith.

It is an eight-month program beginning the second Tuesday of September, from 7:30 until 9:00 P.M., and will continue until three weeks after Easter.

During the Vigil of Easter, the participants will receive all the Sacraments that they are lacking. Lecture and open discussions are part of the program.

School Office

The vision of St. Bonaventure Catholic School is to provide the opportunity for students, parents, faculty, and the community to grow as individuals through faith in action and live according to St. Francis’ popular teaching, “Preach the Gospel at all times, and when necessary use words.” We are a Christ-centered community that fosters Christ’s Gospel message of peace, love, service to others and fellowship. We strive to cultivate and maximize each child’s spiritual, academic, social, and physical potential. Grades PK3 through 8th.
